During an initial consultation there will be an overview of the patients history and presenting concern. The use of very small sterile needles are inserted into the body either on acupuncture channels, motor point or trigger point which are unique to you and your constitution! gua sha, tui na massage, e-stimulation or cupping may also be incorporated.
